Ingredients
- 1 package of stove top stuffing mix, made to package directions
- 3 cups of chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
- 10 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of milk or chicken gravy
- 1/4 tsp of dried thyme leaves
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375*F
- Combine chicken, thyme leaves and vegetables in 2 quart casserole.
- Mix soup and either milk or gravy. Pour over chicken mixture.
- Top with pre-made stuffing.
- Cook for 30 minutes

I also added a can of corn along with the mixed veggies as I used a blend of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots but get creative!
